How a test works

  1. Review the plan

    Paste a link and describe a journey, such as signup or onboarding. Check the proposed steps, scope and stop points before anything runs.

  2. Watch it test

    A real browser clicks through your site on desktop and on a phone-sized screen. Follow each step and the evidence as the run unfolds.

  3. Fix and retest

    Review findings and available screenshots, share a fix brief, then recheck the original failure after your changes.

    What is Sybqa?

    Sybqa is a website QA tool for founders and small teams, including teams building with Lovable, Bolt, v0 and Cursor. Review a test plan, run browser checks, inspect evidence and retest fixes. Optional AI specialists explore journeys and suggest issues for review.

    Why not just ask ChatGPT, Claude or my builder to test it?

    Sybqa runs a separate browser check and records evidence. It measures claims about contrast, labels and target size; other model suggestions stay marked for your review. Start with a public link and review the plan. Test signups and payments need your development keys and test setup. See how it works.

    Does Sybqa change anything on my site?

    Sybqa does not edit your code or settings. Hosted runs default to read-only. Test transactions require an installation explicitly configured for test systems and development credentials; paying for a plan does not enable them by itself. Sybqa attempts test-data cleanup and reports manual steps when cleanup is incomplete.

    What’s in the report?

    Problems with the screenshots and recorded steps available for each check, a list of what couldn’t be tested, and JSON and JUnit files for your CI. Open the sample report.

    Do I need a credit card to start?

    No. The free plan needs only an account, and you add a card only if you choose Starter. See what each plan includes.

    Can I run it on every deploy?

    Yes. Save a reviewed plan, create an API token, and add a GitHub Actions workflow. Each pull request or deploy gets a verdict and report link in the job summary. Read the CI guide.

    What do free runs and AI credits include?

    The free account includes 10 browser runs a month without AI. Starter includes 500 AI credits a month. At the estimated 17–33 credits per check, that is roughly 15–29 checks. Scope, models and extra bots change usage. Checks that don’t use AI use no credits.

    What happens when my credits run out?

    Buy a top-up in Billing: $9 adds 250 credits, about 7–14 checks. Top-up credits roll over while your plan is active. Or wait for your plan to renew. Runs that don’t use AI still work.

    Can I cancel?

    Yes. Cancel renewal in the billing portal. Access continues to the paid-through date; saved evidence follows the retention schedule in our privacy policy.

    Can I test signups, login and payments?

    Read-only hosted runs can be blocked by authentication or actions that change data. Test transactions require an enabled test setup and development-mode credentials. Live payments are not supported. Review setup and cleanup requirements before running them.

    Can I compare my site with Figma?

    You can save a Figma link with a run. Hosted Sybqa treats the link as a reference; image comparison requires a local installation with an exported reference image or configured Figma access. A link alone is not a completed design comparison.

    Can Sybqa remember previous checks?

    Account learning can use eligible journey summaries from earlier runs to prioritize future plans for the same site. You can pause or dismiss it. Prior results help planning; they do not prove the next release works.
